Custom Serpentine Moissanite Ring & Fitted Pavé Wedding Band
Twisted Oval Hidden Halo With Leaf Prong Accents
A luxury-inspired design, thoughtfully reimagined, this bespoke engagement ring features an elongated 3-carat lab-grown oval diamond set in 14k yellow gold. We refined the CAD design to achieve our customer's preferred stone proportions and delicate 2.3mm twisted pavé band, complete with a hidden diamond halo and hand-engraved leaf-shaped claw prongs. Every detail was thoughtfully customized to bring her dream ring to life, combining intricate craftsmanship with exceptional value.
Vintage-Inspired Ruby Floral Ring
For a truly personal engagement ring, our customer wanted to celebrate his partner's love of rubies—her birthstone and favorite color. Crafted in 14k yellow gold, this vintage-inspired floral design features a 0.50-carat ruby surrounded by delicate marquise-cut and round diamond accents. We created CAD models comparing round and marquise-cut ruby center stones, allowing him to explore their proportions and appearance before finalizing his custom design. Every detail reflects a meaningful vision, brought to life through thoughtful design and craftsmanship.

Confirm Your Order
Once you're happy with your quote, we'll send an invoice to begin your custom design. Full payment includes a $100 nonrefundable design fee, with no additional upfront design charge.

Review Your Digital Design
Receive detailed CAD renders within 5–8 business days. Review every detail with two complimentary revision rounds. Additional rounds may cost $50 each, discussed in advance.

Once you approve your final design, production begins. Your custom jewelry is typically completed in approximately 3.5 weeks, followed by final inspection before shipping.

A few things to know before creating your custom moissanite engagement ring.
How do I start designing my custom moissanite ring?
Share your inspiration through our inquiry form or by email (support@gemaandco.com), along with your preferred center stone size and ring size if known. We discuss the details and prepare an all-inclusive quote. You can personalize an existing Gema&Co design or bring an original idea, including a matching wedding band.
How does payment work, and is the $100 design fee extra?
Full payment is collected before CAD work begins. The $100 nonrefundable design fee is included in your agreed order payment, not charged on top of it.
Can I request changes to the digital design?
Yes. You review the CAD renders before approving the final design. Two revision rounds are complimentary. Additional rounds may incur a $50 fee, which is disclosed in advance.
What if I decide not to proceed?
If you decide not to proceed after reviewing your CAD renders, you can cancel before production begins and receive a refund of your payment, less the $100 nonrefundable design fee.
Once you've approved your design and production has begun, custom orders are no longer eligible for this cancellation refund.
How long does the custom-design process take?
Initial CAD renders typically take 5–8 business days after payment. Once you approve your final design, production generally takes approximately 3.5 weeks.
Design revisions may extend the overall timeline, and shipping time is additional. If you have a specific date in mind, let us know so we can discuss what's possible.
What can I customize?
We can discuss center stone shape and size, setting style, precious metal, band width and profile, accent stones, engraving, and personal design details. You’re not restricted to predefined templates. Photographs, sketches, reference links, and written ideas are all useful starting points.
