The Oval Halo Pavé

About 2-3 weeks ago, i asked Gemaandco to resize my oval moissanite pave ring and they immediately sent me the packing and tracking number slips all free of charge. I was so happy as I have sent in my ring before and it came back perfect with no issues. I dropped off my ring at the post office, had lost my turn in receipt, and noticed that the post office was no longer updating after 1.5 weeks. I thought this was extremely weird and so I contacted Gemaandco and told them what happened. The whole time furing the past few weeks, their staff replied so fast and diligently to me and they went above and beyond to get me my replacement for my ring even though I had lost my turn in receipt from the post office. I am truly grateful and am so thankful to Liz and Josh at Gemaandco. I cannot thank this company enough and what they have done for me and my husband. The customer service has been the best and I am so glad, appreciative, and thankful to have chosen this company to work with! I am now waiting on my replacement to ship out soon and cannot wait for it to arrive. Thank you much Gemaandco for your service and hard work! ❤

I knew I didn't want diamonds and told my fiancé. She got my ring from Gem and Co and I couldn't be happier! I placed the order, when it finally arrived I carefully opened the package. It didn't come in a standard mailer envelope but in a box along with a authnticity card. In the middle was a small ring box. Naturally, I slowly opened it and was captivated by the beauty of the ring.
