As designers, we are proud of our collection of timeless moissanite and lab diamond engagement rings. However, we know that every person is different, and every relationship is unique. So if our classic designs don't suit you and you want to express your own individuality and customize your own engagement ring for yourself or someone you love, we would be honored to help!
Customers often ask, “How can I design my engagement ring online?” The good news is, you don’t need to live near us to have your ring designed and made! We've assisted tens of thousands of customers through our custom design and casting process remotely. Whether you want to make simple adjustments to one of our classic rings or create something completely new, our team has the skills and experience to make your vision come to life. While working with one of our personal design consultants, you will have the confidence and expertise you need to make your dream ring.
You can rest easy knowing that our custom design process is simple and fun. If a design you want isn't found in our standard collection, we'll be more than happy to make one for you at extremely competitive prices! All of our rings (standard and custom) will hold up to standards for sustainable, ethical jewelry.
Our Custom Design Process
Some customers come to us with their dream ring fully sketched or drawn out, while others will come with design inspirations of their favorite rings from Instagram or Pinterest and look to combine a few elements. No matter which category you are in, your design consultant will be able to assist you with designing or customizing your own engagement ring.
You can start with our simple bespoke design form. One of us will reach out to you with an all inclusive design and casting quote or request additional information.
Should you be satisfied with our quote and decide you want to cast your ring through us, we will send you an invoice to be paid in full via email. Upon payment, one of our designers will draft your ring in CAD for you to review. There, you will have an opportunity to view the specific dimensions of every aspect of your jewelry and make a full round of changes. Each additional edit after the first complimentary edit will cost $50 per round. (5 - 8 business days).

Once you are satisfied with the design you can give your final confirmation to cast the rings, which will take approximately ~3 weeks to complete. You may also choose to not cast your ring and you will be fully refunded less a $100 design fee. (21 - 25 total days)
When you customize or buy a standard engagement ring with Gema&Co, you’re covered by our industry best two-year warranty, so you can know that we will be there to help you with any issues that might arise. (Make sure you take a look at our verified customer reviews.) We will also have your design on file, in case you want to add custom wedding bands or pair with an anniversary ring.
